Cancelation and no-show policy:

Scheduling an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside just for you, therefore a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling your appointment. Please note that appointments canceled in less than 24 hours as well as missed appointments are not going to be refunded. Since appointments are usually booked back to back, showing up late for your appointment will not be compensated. Please make sure you show up for your appointment on time.
